What if my coach misses a session? Can I request a refund?

On rare occasions, coaches may have personal or technical issues that prevent them from making your session.

If your coach has missed a session, please wait one or more hours after your session was scheduled to begin and then follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Sessions page.
  2. Find the session your coach missed which will likely be on the first page of your Sessions page. If not, search for the session by swiping up or down. 
  3. Tap on the incomplete session.
  4. Tap on “Report issue”.
  5. Select the reason and follow the steps.
  6. Tap “Report”.
  7. Your coach will have 48 hours to resolve the issue.

NOTE:

If you feel you need the Heck Yeah Support team to be aware of your concern, it is necessary to file a support request in addition to reporting an issue with your session. The only way the Support team will know about an issue is if the coach or client contacts us directly. 

If your coach does not resolve your reported issue within 2 business days, please reach out to the Support team so we can help you.
