How does coach attendance tracking work?
Coaches are required to be on the session page during the first 10 minutes of their scheduled session in order to be marked present. If you are not on the session page at that time, you will be marked absent, and this affects your attendance record.
Note: If for some reason you cannot connect with your client for a session, it is not necessary to join the session, but you do need to have it open for the first 10 minutes. The same rule applies to back-to-back sessions.
What if an emergency keeps me from being on the session page during the first 10 minutes?
If an emergency or valid reason causes you to miss a session, you can contest your absence by sending an email to email@example.com. We can remove the absence from your record if the reason is valid.
