What should I do if my client missed our session?
If they know they cannot attend a session, most clients will unschedule (which is possible more than 12 hours in advance of a session’s start time) or cancel (receiving a 100% refund if accomplished more than 12 hours in advance of a session’s start time, or a 50% refund within 12 hours of the session’s start time).
Sometimes, however, clients might miss sessions due to emergencies, technical difficulties, or other issues. Please wait for at least half of your session to make sure that your client is not simply running late.
If your client misses a session, you get to keep the earnings from that session. . Optionally, you can choose to unschedule the session or issue the client a full or partial refund. To do so, please report and resolve an issue with your session.
